How do I book my place?
To book for this event, simply fill in the registration form online here or alternatively send the following details to india@csptoday.com and we will add your booking manually. We will need all of the details in order to be able to process your registration successfully:

If you are booking more than one person for an event, you will receive the following discounts providing that you sign up on the same day. This discount is not retroactive and it can´t be applied to bookings on different dates. The discounts will be available whether you book online or by email.
2 passes - $50 off in each
3 passes - $100 off in each
4 passes - buy 3, get 1 free
5 passes or more - 25% discount
How can I pay?
You can pay by cheque, bank transfer or credit card providing that the full amount has been received by us before the event. Once you have registered we will send you an invoice with all the bank details and the status of payment.
If you wish to pay by credit card, you can enter your details online or send them over in the email. We could also arrange for somebody to call you to get the credit card details, let us know and we will be happy to call you at your convenience.
If you wish to be invoiced and pay by bank transfer please let us know as soon as possible. Make sure you use your invoice number as reference so that we can allocate your payment easily to avoid delays.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please make it to FC Business Intelligence Ltd. The funds will need to clear before the event for you to be able to gain access to the conference.
If I register but can't attend, can someone take my place?
Yes - no problem. If you're unable to attend, just contact our customer services team here and they'll switch your pass over to a friend or colleague. It only takes a few moments but you must do it before the event.

Where will it take place?
This event will take place in the Intercontinental Hotel in New Delhi. We have arranged a negotiated tariff for attendees of the event. Please ensure that you book early, as availability is limited and after the cut off date the rooms will be sold at the standard price. All the details can be found here.
When will the presentation slides be available?
As soon as possible. We email these to every attendee to help share new ideas around the office. When they're ready - you'll get them, but we will strive to get them to you 2 weeks after the event
When do I get the conference recording?
It normally takes around 8 weeks to send the fully edited audio recording along with the changing presentation slides. If you have a Gold or Platinum pass, you'll receive this in your email shortly after the event. If not, you'll have to pay extra in order to receive them.
Is the hotel room included with my pass?
No, the hotel room is charged separately, but we always negotiate the best rate we can for conference attendees so you won't need to pay full price for accommodation. There is further information here and all the details to book your room will be sent to you upon registration
How can I speak at the event?
Most speakers are identified during a lengthy research period, and contacted directly. If you'd prefer to put yourself forward you're able to do so by contacting the Event Director personally.
When do I get the finalized timed agenda?
Because we are still working on confirming new speakers during the run up to the event, the timed agenda does tend to change slightly. We will make our final draft timed agenda available on the website of the event and by email to all confirmed attendees 4 weeks before the event. You will also receive a printed final agenda once you are on site. For flight and preparations matters, the event will run from approximately 8:30am on the 7th of September to around 17:00 on the 8th. On the evening of the 7th we will have networking sessions organized so please make sure you keep it clear in your calendar!
