Brad is Vice President of Fluor’s Renewables business line and is responsible for managing the Power group’s solar thermal, photovoltaic, wind, biomass, geothermal, and energy storage projects worldwide.
Brad began his career with Fluor in 1977 as a Field Engineer in Saudi Arabia. After subsequent Energy and Chemical assignments in Venezuela, California, and Japan, he transitioned to the Power Business Group in 1984. During his career in Power, Brad held several positions including Contracts Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Manager of Projects. Prior to his current assignment, Brad was the Vice President for Fluor’s Gas Fueled Business Line and was responsible for managing Fluor’s simple-cycle, combined-cycle, and cogeneration projects worldwide. In these capacities, Brad has been involved with Power projects throughout the United States and in several international locations, including Trinidad, Thailand, Canada, and Spain.
Brad is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in California.

Daniel Duncan is the Vice President and General Manager of the Oil and Gas Division of Siemens Energy, Inc. He is based in Houston, Texas, with responsibilities that extend across the Americas.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Duncan led the U.S. sales organization for Siemens’ industrial solutions, services and products, which included motors, inverters, low voltage power distribution and control for various solar power generation systems.
Mr. Duncan began his career at Siemens in 1997. Since then, he’s coordinated the Siemens U.S. marketing strategies for automation solutions, and acted as Vice President for vertacross.com, a Siemens multi-national eBusiness solution and global marketplace.
Mr. Duncan has a long history of electrical and automation experience in the industrial marketplace, having held business development, account management and technology consultant roles at a number of firms, including Honeywell and the Georgia Power Company. He also is a former owner/operator of a systems integration firm specializing in engineered solutions to the manufacturing segment.
He previously served as Siemens' City Ambassador for Houston, linking nine Siemens operating companies to support local business collaboration and coordinate community outreach programs. Mr. Duncan is an electrical engineer and graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. LeBlanc has more than 30 years of experience managing and building high-tech companies and commercializing innovative technology. Prior to joining SkyFuel, Mr LeBlanc was CEO of Chemrec AB, a leading gasification technology company. Before that, Mr. LeBlanc was a senior executive with Siemens US, where he was head of the HVAC Products division and president of Building Automation division of Siemens Building Technologies. Mr. LeBlanc directed product development, manufacturing and distribution of Siemens’ broad range of building control products for the North American, Asian Pacific and Latin American markets including direct management of the company’s energy and environmental services business and the construction of large renewable energy projects.
Prior to his global career at Siemens, Mr. LeBlanc was the co-founder and president of a venture capital backed telecommunications services business where he successfully drove rapid growth of the enterprise.
Rick has an MBA from Northwestern University and B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto. He is a Professional Engineer and holds a LEED AP certification from the US Green Building Council.

Andrew has experience in both the renewable and conventional energy industries. He has worked in industrial energy efficiency, oil & gas exploration, and performed graduate research in concentrating solar power for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).
At SkyFuel Andrew is involved in both technology and project development, in particular overseeing power plant design and the optimal application of SkyFuel’s solar technology in the marketplace.
Andrew holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from of the University of Wisconsin - Madison obtained while studying at the University’s Solar Energy Laboratory.

Mr. Ivany is a Bechtel principal vice president and manager of BrightSource Projects. He provides operational and functional oversight of the Ivanpah project in San Bernardino County, California, for which Bechtel, as the EPC contractor, is providing project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and startup services for BrightSource Energy. The 400 MW concentrated thermal solar power facility consists of three separate plants scheduled to begin construction in 2010. When completed in 2013, the facility will nearly double the amount of commercial solar thermal electricity produced in the US today. Mr. Ivany is also responsible for Bechtel’s role in working with BrightSource to develop additional solar electric generating facilities in the southwestern US and international locations.
Before joining the BrightSource effort, Mr. Ivany served as chief financial officer for Bechtel’s Power Global Business Unit with responsibility for oversight of commercial activities worldwide.
Most of his 36-year Bechtel career has been focused on the development, design, engineering, procurement, and construction of power plants; commercial management; finance policy; project controls; contracts management; and Six Sigma deployment and training activities. Mr. Ivany holds a BS degree and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has been a registered professional engineer in five states.

Mr. Bonanno began Sustainable Power Assets (SPA) in 2010 to focus on sourcing, advising, building, owning, selling and operating renewable energy assets. Primarily focused on solar, SPA works with development partners in the US and Europe to bring smart capital to bear on the deployment of qualified projects.
Prior to SPA, Jon Bonanno co-founded Principle Power for the purpose of commercializing WindFloat, a semi-submersible floating foundation for utility-scale offshore wind. The shared vision of Principle Power is that WindFloat will enable the growth multiple gigawatts of deep-water wind power plants and make a significant difference in offsetting fossil fuel usage. He is currently serving at the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Principle Power.
In 1995, Jon Bonanno founded Interbill, a global online business-to-consumer micro-billing platform for digital consumables. Two years later, he sold his company to Global Internet Billing (GIB) based in London. This inspired him to move to London and work under the corporate umbrella focusing on footprint expansion, opening offices in Hong Kong, Sydney, Düsseldorf, New York and Los Angeles. After exiting from GIB, Mr. Bonanno founded Solid Streaming, a venture backed by JP Morgan, CIBC and Telesystems that developed a BREW audio/video streaming platform for CDMA 1x. In the wake of 9/11, Solid Streaming went into receivership, thus Mr. Bonanno started his third venture, ViaMoviles, from Barcelona, Spain. This was an online and mobile marketing company, which grew to a #103 rating on Alexa and created a bridge between Internet vendors and publishers worldwide.
In 2006, he sold his position in ViaMoviles to the original partnership in order to dedicate 100% of his time to Cleantech participation, consulting and investing. In a short time, he has been an early Angel investor in Heartland Resources, Helio Power and the first investor in Cool Earth Solar, where he has served on the Board of Directors and as a Commercial Advisor.
He was elected by his peers to Chair the Cleantech Investment Committee for the Keiretsu Forum Angel Network, the world’s largest angel investing organization. Mr. Bonanno is a member of ACORE (American Counsel on Renewable Energy) and the New Energy Congress, a committee member of Imagine H2O, and advisor to Azure Power, founding member of Coalition for Green Bank, founding member of the Clean Economy Network, and a sponsor of EasyConnect, a Berkeley-based mobility and transportation study group.
